How Covid-19 Pandemic Affects Calligraphy Businesses in 2020

As the World Health Organization declares that COVID-19 is a pandemic and social distancing and travel advisories come into effect, we also update our services for this uncertain and strange time in human history.

UPDATE: I am continue to book for live events  in November & December 2020 but will close booking for weddings as the COVID-19 situation is uncertain at the moment. Announcement is coming for new services and products. 

Dear clients,

As a result of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and following the guide of Health Canada, I will be doing my part of physical distancing and cancelling any public/ private gathering at this time. Any scheduled physical projects for May, June and July are also canceled and refunds were issued for the remaining 2020 project deposits to give a helping hand to our clients; especially at this time when financial hardship is a reality for many. Furthermore, I won’t be able to book any in-person service order until a trusted authority announcement for normal resumption. 

In an effort to stay in business, I am still offering these services to stay afloat:

Once the restriction is lifted for large gathering and wedding services resume to normal routine, I will resume all regular services and more. I understand that all my fellow creative artists are being affected by the economic impact of this time and I am doing my best to support and purchase locally, aiming to sustain the economy and helping out other small business/ entrepreneurs. I encourage you to do the same; even if our expertise is deemed non-essentials. Art is still very valuable and n our human history, art was used to connect humans together in the darkest time.
