A: Yes. We specialize in live personalization experiences for brand activations, retail pop-ups, client appreciation events, and weddings across Ontario. Travel fees may apply outside the GTA.
Q: What is required to secure a live event booking?
A: A signed service agreement, a non-refundable retainer or full payment are required to reserve your date. Dates are not held without payment or signed contract.
Q: Can you accommodate NDA or confidential events?
A: Absolutely. We regularly work with private clients and brands. An NDA service fee may apply for restricted publicity events.
Q: Do you offer wedding guest personalization stations?
A: Yes — live engraving or calligraphy personalization for favors such as perfume bottles, wine glasses, ornaments, and keepsakes is one of our signature services.
Q: Can you engrave fragrance bottles purchased from another retailer?
A: Often yes, provided the bottle structure is compatible. Photos are required before confirmation.
Q: Do you offer design proofs before engraving?
A: For custom typography or layout-sensitive pieces, digital proofs are provided prior to production approval.
Q: What happens if there is an error in the spelling provided by the client?
A: We engrave exactly as submitted in approved proofs. Clients are responsible for final review prior to production. Please double check prior approval to avoid any mishap.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Absolutely! Custom orders are the heart of what we do. Whether it's your name, quote, or keepsake gift, we'd love to help you bring it to life. Just send us your idea and we’ll guide you through the process.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: For event services and custom pieces, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability.
Q: Do you travel for live events?
A: Yes! We offer on-site calligraphy and engraving within the Greater Toronto Area, and we’re happy to travel further for special events—just let us know the details.
Q: What’s your turnaround time for custom orders?
A: Most custom orders take 4–10 business days, depending on the complexity and volume. Rush service is available for an additional fee.
Q: Can you Write/ engrave or hot foiling on any surface?
A: We work with a variety of materials including leather, faux leather, glass, metal, acrylic, and some coated plastics. If you're unsure, just ask—we’ll confirm if it's suitable for application for each project.
Q: What’s the best way to get started?
A: Simply fill out the inquiry form or send us a message with your project idea/ inspiration photos. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to discuss your vision and next steps.
Q: What is your minimum order requirement?
A: There is no minimum order requirement for in-studio services—whether your project is grand or petite, we’re happy to take it on. However, please note that on-site services require a minimum booking of CAD 800.00 for up to 3 hours per event.

Q: Do you collaborate with other artists or planners?
A: Yes. We frequently partner with event planners, florists, wedding stylists, and brand creative teams.
Q: Are you available for retail in-store engraving activations?
A: Yes. We provide full on-site setup for luxury retail personalization events.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept e-transfer, credit card, and PayPal (processing fees may apply).
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the custom nature of our work, all personalized items are final sale. However, if a mistake is made on our end, we will replace/redo the item with no additional cost to you. For on-site booking, we do not offer refunds of deposit or full payment if the event is cancelled/ rescheduled.
