Ready to elevate your event with our vintage mirrors? Here’s how to book your rental in just a few easy steps:

1. Browse Our Collection
Take a look through our curated selection of vintage mirrors available for rent across Toronto and the GTA. Each mirror has its own unique charm—perfect for welcome signs, seating charts, or statement decor.

2. Send Us an Inquiry
Fill out the contact form below or email us at [email protected] with the following details:
• Event date and location
• Mirror(s) you're interested in
• Your intended use (e.g., seating chart, welcome sign)
• If you'd like to add hand-drawn calligraphy or prefer the mirror rental only

3. Receive a Quote & Availability Confirmation
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with availability, a personalized quote, and additional options such as delivery, pickup, or styling services.

4. Secure Your Booking
To confirm your booking, we require:
• A signed rental agreement
• A full rental payment for all your items
• A refundable security deposit (amount varies by mirror)

5. Pick Up or Schedule Delivery
Choose to pick up from our Toronto location (M9N) or let us handle delivery and pickup for you. We recommend arranging logistics at least 2 weeks before your event.

Rental Terms

1. All Rental is subjected to 2 days minimum. This requirement is not required when client(s) choose to have rentals delivered/ picked-up.
2. To reserve your date in my calendar, you must pay the Rental Fee and Deposit in Cash or E-Transfer. Check with me via phone call or email before booking to ensure the item(s) are available for your date. 
3. A Rental Agreement must be signed by client(s) prior pick-up/ delivery. 
4. Deposit is required for all rental. Deposit must be paid in Cash or E-transfer with invoice and is refundable after returning. All rental item must be in pick-up/ delivery condition for deposit refund. Deposit will cover any lost, damaged, non-returned rental items or late fee if applicable. 
5. Client(s) is responsible for pick-up/ drop-off of rental items. Delivery/ Pick-up Services ($) is available within 50km of Toronto (M9N). 

All artworks, both proposed and completed, are the wholly owned copyright of A Grateful Note/ Minnie Do, and may not be reproduced, distributed or published in any way without prior written permission. A Grateful Note/ Minnie Do must receive a credit line for any editorial usage (in print or online).
